Orders

We have NO order minimums. (Exception: special orders, non-cataloged items)


When you place an order with SCI you will have the option of store pickup, UPS shipping, or your preferred carrier. 

  • Shipping defaults to UPS unless specified (does not include freight shipments)


Order Store Pickup

When you arrive at SCI to pickup your order, please have your order# ready. Miriam or one of our other customer service employees will then be able to assist you.

Return Information


  • All  items must be returned to SCI no later than 30 days from time of  delivery.  (Exception: Electronics must be returned within 15 days of  delivery)
  • All items must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You will need to call or email us to request an RMA# before returning the product

Return Process


  1. Call/ Email to get an RMA#
  2. Once you receive the RMA # you can begin the process for shipment back to SCI.
  3. When  shipping the product back to SCI... On a piece of paper write down your RMA#, Order #, Name, Phone# and reason for the return. Place it inside the box.  Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box as well.
  4. Ship Back to SCI at: Service Components Inc., 8103A Burden Rd., Machesney Park, IL 61115
  5. Once SCI receives your product we will inspect and process it. This can take approximately 5 business days.
  6. You will then be notified with the RMA results and its completion. 


Return Shipping

Depending on why the product is being returned will determine who will pay shipping.


In an event that SCI pays for shipping, we will send you a UPS label by email.
